Slimdown Saturday #4

So I was bit naughty...
I didn't link up last week.
I was just having one of those weeks ... mainly dealing with me being incredibly grumpy.
But I'm back and feeling motivated (well as motivated as I can).
Before I show my chart for the week, I just wanted to share a few things...
I got this shirt from Etsy. I had this hassle of having to order it and send it to my mom. Unfortunately the vendor charged £15 (like $22) for shipping outside the US. That was the same price as the shirt! So, since it was significantly less to send it to mom and then have her send it, so it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. I love it!

I was reading some comments a few weeks ago about the best fitness DVD to buy and loads of people recommended Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I was in my local grocery store and by the checkout they had different fitness DVDs, one of which was Jillian's. It was only £4.99 and the other ones were £15. I think this could be because no one actually really knows who Jillian is over here. Anyways, I snagged it.
I would definitely recommend it as the workouts are only 20 minutes! I have been lacking motivation to go to the gym, like A LOT. The DVD has been perfect, just pop it in after school or first thing at the weekend. Last week I did the workout 3 times and this week I have done it once.

Okay finally...
Jamie Oliver is one of my favourite chefs. I'm not sure how popular he is in the states, or if any of his cooking shows are shown, but I love the ones he makes here in England. I've got two of his cookbooks, and planned all my meals for the week from them. I would recommend his recipes because he looks at how to make the meals balanced, gives nutritional content per portion, and they're yummy!

The one thing I need to make sure I do, is try to stop eating out so much at the weekends. I'll have a really good week of eating, but come Friday night I'm wanting a takeaway!
My one word for the weeks is 'mind' because I really lack motivation and I know it's all in my head. Between my climbing class and Jillian, there really is no excuse!
I hope everyone else is having a good week!
Cheers!
